From suitability to vulnerability: A GIS-based framework for assessing environmental sensitivity of mountain tourism landscapes in the Ukrainian Carpathians Kasiyanchuk, Dmytro; Atamaniuk, Yaroslava; Deputat, Mykola; Gavdey, Svitlana; Horishevskyi, Pavlo The objective of the present study is to undertake a quantitative assessment of the spa- tial impact of tourism on natural complexes in the Carpathian region. This is achieved by employing geostatistical modelling methods. The present study deviates from con- ventional buffer methodologies insofar as it employs an integrated algorithm founded upon Kernel Density Estimation (KDE), thereby amalgamating multivariate analysis with detailed land use classification (LULC). In the analysis, each of the seven factors ̶ hydro- graphic network, relief, transport accessibility, hotels, tourist routes, land use types and nature conservation areas ̶ is standardised on a scale of 1–10 and synthesised into a single model of the vulnerability of natural landscapes to tourist pressure. The spatial integration of the factors demonstrates that areas exhibiting high and very high vul- nerability encompassed a total area of more than 310 kmІ, constituting approximately 34% of the total area under consideration. These areas are predominantly concentrated within mountain valleys and along major transport axes. The findings demonstrate the substantial analytical superiority of KDE in comparison to buffer models, owing to its capacity to accommodate continuous impact gradients and its strong alignment with actual urbanisation patterns. Особливості синдрому «професійного вигорання» у викладачів туристичних дисциплін Депутат, Микола Миколайович; Терлецька, Христина Михайлівна Педагог закладу вищої освіти – це передусім людина, в руках якої опиняється особистість дитини, її розвиток, навчання, виховання, а згодом і професійне спрямування. Життя будь-якої особистості на кожному етапі свого життя тісно переплітається із педагогічними працівниками – вчителями та викладачами. У сучасному світі, професія педагога зазнає впливу багатьох стресових факторів, що призводить до розвитку у нього «професійного вигорання», виснаження психологічних та фізичних сил, що призводить до неефективної професійної діяльності, погіршення психологічного та фізичного самопочуття, псування стосунків у педагогічному колективі та суспільстві. Актуальність даної теми дослідження полягає у тому, що стреси викликані педагогічною діяльністю впливають на все життя людини, призводять до втрати здоров’я, особистісних та психологічних змін, призводять до зниження працездатності та професіоналізму педагога. У статті нами розглядаються психолого-педагогічні особливості «професійного вигорання» у педагогічних працівників туристичних дисципін. Викладачі туристичних дисциплін часто стикаються з підвищеним рівнем стресу, емоційним відчуттям та перевантаженням. Їхня включає роботу не лише викладання теоретичного матеріалу, а й практичну підготовку студентів, організацію екскурсій, польових досліджень, що потребує значних фізичних та психологічних зусиль. Аналіз багатьох праць, що стосується даного питання наводить вчених на думку, що «професійне вигорання»  це стан особистості коли викладач втрачає життєвий тонус під впливом професійного стресу. Однак здатність протистояти «вигоранню» залежить перед усім від типу нервової системи педагога, та виражається у порушеннях фізичних,психічних та психосоматичних розладах. Також систематизація даних вказує на невизначеність науковців, у правильності єдиної моделі та тлумачення феномену «професійного вигорання», хоча дане питання є серйозною проблемою для педагогів закладів освіти, оскільки попередження та виявлення заздалегідь його у педагога, являється запорукою ефективного освітнього процесу. A teacher in a higher education institution plays a crucial role in shaping a student's personality, development, education, upbringing, and ultimately, professional orientation. At every stage of life, an individual's growth is closely intertwined with the influence of educators—teachers and lecturers. In today's world, the teaching profession is subject to numerous stress factors, leading to "professional burnout," characterized by psychological and physical exhaustion. This, in turn, results in decreased professional effectiveness, deteriorating psychological and physical well-being, and strained relationships within the teaching staff and society. The relevance of this research lies in the fact that stressors associated with teaching impact an individual's overall life, contributing to health deterioration, personal and psychological changes, reduced work capacity, and diminished professionalism. This article examines the psychological and pedagogical aspects of "professional burnout" among educators of tourism disciplines. Lecturers in this field often experience heightened levels of stress, emotional strain, and workload. Their responsibilities extend beyond theoretical instruction to include practical student training, organizing excursions, and conducting field research, all of which demand substantial physical and psychological effort. An analysis of various studies on this issue suggests that "professional burnout" is a state in which lecturers lose vitality due to professional stress. However, a teacher’s susceptibility to burnout largely depends on their nervous system type and may manifest in physical, mental, and psychosomatic disorders. Furthermore, the systematization of data highlights the lack of consensus among researches regarding the accuracy of a single model and the interpretation of the "professional burnout" phenomenon. Despite this, the issue remains a significant concern for educators of educational institutions, as early prevention and identification of burnout are critical to maintaining an effective educational process. Historically, these technologies have enhanced service in the hotel and restaurant sectors. Tourism is characterised by a high volume of diverse information flows that require constant updating and rapid exchange operations. For instance, the implementation of new technologies involves automating numerous hotel processes, including electronic reservation systems, which can contribute to improving service quality. The text provides data on the use of information technologies and automated management systems in hotels and restaurants in Ukraine and worldwide, highlighting significant prospects in this direction. Additionally, it mentions programs initially developed by Ukrainian companies. When selecting a system, factors such as price and reliability are crucial as many systems share similar functional characteristics. This article outlines the history, development, and widespread adoption of computer reservation systems (CRS). CRS has expanded the range of services and reduced the cost of electronic booking and reservation services. The expansion of tourism activities has occurred in all areas of the industry, including accommodation and entertainment. The research provides information on global reservation systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, and Worldspan (Travelport), as well as Ukrainian reservation systems in tourism. The development opportunities of the tourism industry are closely linked to the capabilities of the Internet in modern conditions. Thousands of tour operators, travel agencies, hotels, and airlines operate successfully online, along with ten reservation systems for tourism services.
