Метою статті є дослідження та аналіз сучасного стану законодавства щодо регулювання криптовалютних активів в Україні, а також, враховуючи зарубіжний досвід, виокремлення рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення вітчизняних законодавчих ініціатив для забезпечення прозорості, безпеки та ефективності криптовалютного ринку. Для досягнення мети використовувався порівняльний аналіз, синтез та узагальнення отриманих даних. Основною гіпотезою є те, що ефективне регулювання криптовалют може покращити економічну стабільність країни.
Виявлено, що криптовалюти потребують комплексного підходу для регулювання, враховуючи світовий досвід і специфіку національного законодавства. Методика дослідження передбачала аналіз наявних нормативних актів, вивчення практик регулювання криптовалют в окремих країнах, проведення порівняльного аналізу. Оцінка правових прогалин і розробка рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення законодавства України були основними завданнями. Здійснено оцінку сучасного стану регулювання криптовалют в Україні, наведено порівняльний аналіз міжнародного досвіду, сформульовано пропозиції щодо вдосконалення законодавства. Охарактеризовано проблеми, пов'язані з оподаткуванням криптовалют, а також виділено ключові напрямки розвитку цієї сфери в Україні. Теоретичне значення дослідження полягає в уточненні понять і категорій,
що стосуються криптовалют і їх регулювання, а також в аналізі наукових підходів до вирішення правових проблем. Практичне значення полягає в розробці рекомендацій для удосконалення національного законодавства, що сприятиме розвитку криптовалютного ринку. Оригінальність дослідження полягає у порівнянні українського законодавства з міжнародними стандартами та виявленні нових підходів до регулювання криптовалют. Основні висновки стосуються необхідності вдосконалення законодавчої бази та розробки конкретних правових механізмів для
ефективного контролю цієї сфери. The aim of the ar੦cle is to study and analyze the current state of legisla੦on regarding the regula੦on of cryptocurrency assets in Ukraine and, taking into account
foreign experience, to iden੦fy recommenda੦ons for improving domes੦c legisla੦ve ini੦a੦ves to ensure the transparency, security, and e扯ciency of the cryptocur-
rency market. To achieve this aim, compara੦ve analysis, synthesis, and generaliza੦on of the obtained data were used. The main hypothesis is that e扯cient regula-
੦on of cryptocurrencies can improve the economic stability of the country. It is iden੦来ed that cryptocurrencies require a comprehensive approach to regula੦on,
considering global experience and the speci来cs of na੦onal legisla੦on. The research methodology involved analyzing exis੦ng regulatory acts, studying cryptocur-
rency regula੦on prac੦ces in individual countries, and conduc੦ng a compara੦ve analysis. The assessment of legal lacunae and the development of recommenda-
੦ons for improving Ukrainian legisla੦on were the main objec੦ves. An assessment of the current state of cryptocurrency regula੦on in Ukraine is carried out, a com-
para੦ve analysis of interna੦onal experience is presented, and proposals for improving legisla੦on are formulated. Issues related to the taxa੦on of cryptocurrencies
are characterized, and major direc੦ons for the development of this sphere in Ukraine are allocated. The theore੦cal signi来cance of this research lies in clarifying
concepts and categories related to cryptocurrencies and their regula੦on, as well as in analyzing scien੦来c approaches to solving legal problems. The prac੦cal sig-
ni来cance is the development of recommenda੦ons for improving na੦onal legisla੦on, which will contribute to the development of the cryptocurrency market. The
originality of the research consists in comparing Ukrainian legisla੦on with interna੦onal standards and iden੦fying new approaches to cryptocurrency regula੦on.
The main conclusions concern the necessity of improving the legisla੦ve framework and developing speci来c legal mechanisms for e捯ec੦ve control of this area.

Під час роботи над досліджуваною проблематикою в результаті теоретичних та емпіричних досліджень
було удосконалено та комплексно досліджено: сучасні підходи до забезпечення збалансованості економіки,
складові системи збалансованих індикаторів, моделі сталого економічного зростання, – в результаті чого було
виявлено сучасні особливості та виклики економічного зростання підприємств. Крім того, в даному дослі-
дженні проаналізовано теоретичні основи дослідження сталого економічного зростання; визначено особли-
вості сталого зростання підприємств в умовах глобалізації; визначено шляхи сталого економічного зростан-
ня підприємства, його фінансово-економічні показники, моделі та перспективи; визначено механізм сталого
розвитку підприємств; в результаті дослідження функцій малого та середнього підприємства виявлено його
сильні та слабкі сторони; визначено фактори, що стримують розвиток та глобалізацію малого та середнього
підприємництва країни; розроблено основні рекомендації щодо розвитку та глобалізації підприємств. The purpose of the article is to study and describe some characteristics of sustainable economic growth of business entities (small, medium and large enterprises), to draw reasonable conclusions and to reveal future prospects that will allow balancing their sustainable dynamic development and being able to mobilise and effectively manage their own resources. In both developed and developing countries, the role of small and medium-sized enterprises is important. SMEs are the main driving force behind entrepreneurship development. In many countries around the world (including the EU), small and medium-sized enterprises are seen as the main strategic direction for inclusive growth, employment and economic development. The problem of economic growth of enterprises in a market economy is a pressing issue. Despite many innovative proposals, the activities of the country's enterprises and their growth require more efforts. One of the main guidelines for ensuring sustainable economic growth of enterprises is to ensure the economic efficiency of the country's leading economic sectors and their enterprises. In today's globalised world, due to increased competition, the issue of developing an innovative economy has come to the fore. The role of the leading sectors of both the country as a whole and their individual enterprises is growing significantly. They determine the country's specialisation in the global economic system. Such enterprises determine the national competitive advantage. In the course of working on the issues under study, as a result of theoretical and empirical research, the following were improved and comprehensively investigated: modern approaches to studying the balance of the economy, components of the balanced scorecard, models of sustainable economic growth, which resulted in the identification of modern features and challenges of economic growth of enterprises. In addition, this study analyses the theoretical foundations of the study of sustainable economic growth; identifies the features of sustainable growth of enterprises in the context of globalisation; determines the ways of sustainable economic growth of an enterprise, its financial and economic indicators, models and prospects; defines the mechanism of sustainable development of enterprises; as a result of the study of the functions of small and medium-sized enterprises, its strengths and weaknesses are identified; factors hindering the development and internationalisation of small and medium-sized enterprises are identified. The conclusions and recommendations formed as a result of the study can be used as a starting point for sustainable economic growth of the country's economic entities, small and medium-sized enterprises.

Штучний інтелект (ШІ), технології blockchain, Internet of Things (IoT)-пристрої можуть надавати реальні дані для допомоги в оцінці ризиків та контролю за страховими випадками. Перевагами цифровізації страхування є: підвищення ефективності та продуктивності; покращення обслуговування клієнтів; доступ до нових ринків; проактивне управління ризиками; зменшення шахрайства. Перспективами для розвитку цифрового страхування в Україні є: розвиток цифрової інфраструктури; розвиток фінтехіндустрії; законодавчі ініціативи; пов'язане страхування. Digital technologies are fundamentally transforming the way businesses operate. Digital insurance holds significant growth potential and promising prospects for development. The insurance industry is on the cusp of significant technological changes. Therefore, the objectives outlined in this article are to define the essence of digital insurance and its advantages, characterize trends and development prospects, and describe the challenges and strategies for optimizing digital progress in insurance. Digital insurance entails the digitization of all insurance operations and replacing physical presence in insurance with online interactions. Digital insurance, known as InsurTech, combines traditional understanding of insurance with 21st-century technologies. Artificial intelligence (AI) can be used to analyze large volumes of data for better risk assessment and setting insurance premiums. Blockchain technologies can be used to create secure and transparent insurance contracts. Internet of Things (IoT) devices, such as smartwatches or vehicles, can provide real-time data to aid in risk assessment and insurance claim monitoring. Mobile applications and web platforms can provide convenient access to insurance services and informa- tion for customers. The most significant advantages of insurance digitalization will manifest in the following ways: Increased efficiency and productivity; Improved customer service ;Access to new markets; Proactive risk management; Reduction of fraud. Current trends in digital insurance include the utilization of Big Data, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and the Internet of Things (IoT) technologies. Digital insurance has significant growth potential. The prospects for the development of digital insurance in Ukraine include: Development of digital infrastructure; Development of the fintech industry; Legislative initiatives; Connected insurance. However, for successful development of digital insurance in Ukraine, it is necessary to overcome certain challenges, including: Data privacy issues; Cybersecurity; Regulation; Integration challenges; Change of corporate culture and skills. Three key strategies have been identified to optimize digital progress in the insurance sector: The importance of digital transformation for business success, yet the fear of fully unleashing its potential. Successful investments in digital self-service platforms and robotic process automation. Understanding the necessity for insurers to adopt a new approach to workforce reorganization that promotes genuine digital thinking within the organization. The main obstacle for insurers in becoming digital organizations is change management. Digitalization of the insurance industry provides significant opportunities for the development of this type of entrepreneurial activity, offering advantages for both insurance companies and clients.

Сільське господарство належить до провідних галузей АПК, ефективність розвитку якої визначає економічну та продовольчу безпеку України. Вихід сільськогосподарської галузі з кризи, яка охопила її ще в кінці минулого століття, вбачається в необхідності формування сприятливого інвестиційного клімату. Політична нестабільність держави та правова незахищеність вкладів інвестора не сприяють активізації інвестиційного ринку. Важливою умовою підвищення ефективності інвестиційної діяльності у сільському господарстві є його кооперація та інтеграція з переробною та харчовою галузями, потужними, як вітчизняними так і іноземними, виробничо-переробними об’єднаннями, які здатні залучати великі інвестиційні кошти, спрямовуючи їх на виконання інноваційно-інвестиційних проектів і програм. Аграрно-промислова інтеграція є однією з основних форм інтенсифікації сільського господарства та переробної і харчової промисловості, методом покращення їх інвестиційної привабливості, поглиблення виробничих зв’язків та економіко-фінансових відносин між окремими учасниками об’єднання. Ефективне функціонування регіональних і міжрегіональних кластерів призведе до раціонального розподілу праці в межах окремих регіонів, створенню додаткових робочих місць, прискоренню темпів розвитку наукоємких технологій в сільському господарстві, раціональному використанню природних ресурсів. Для прискорення процесу кластеризації необхідно внести відповідні корективи в державну і регіональну економічну політику, розробити спеціальні загальнодержавні і регіональні програми, більш активно проводити наукові дослідження в різних регіонах України з метою скорочення термінів вирішення цієї проблеми.
Аграрно-промислова інтеграція – це інноваційний напрям розвитку аграрних та переробних підприємств. Вона повинна охоплювати не тільки великі суб’єкти господарської діяльності, а й особисті селянські господарства, що дозволить більш ефективно використовувати природний та людський потенціал, спільну інфраструктуру, нові технології, сприятиме покращенню інвестиційного клімату в АПК. Agriculture is one of the leading sectors of the agro-industrial complex, the efficiency of which determines the economic and food security of Ukraine. The exit of the agricultural industry from the crisis that engulfed it at the end of the last century is seen in the need to create a favorable investment climate. The political instability of the state and the legal insecurity of investor deposits do not contribute to the activation of the investment market. An important condition for increasing the efficiency of investment activities in agriculture is its cooperation and integration with the processing and food industries, powerful domestic and foreign production and processing associations that are able to attract large investment funds, directing them to the implementation of innovative investment projects and programs. Agrarian-industrial integration is one of the main forms of intensification of agriculture and the processing and food industry, a method of improving their investment attractiveness, deepening production ties and economic and financial relations between individual members of the association. Effective functioning of regional and interregional clusters will lead to a rational distribution of labor within individual regions, creation of additional jobs, acceleration of the pace of development of knowledge-intensive technologies in agriculture, rational use of natural resources.To speed up the clustering process, it is necessary to make appropriate adjustments to the state and regional economic policy, develop special national and regional programs, more actively conduct scientific research in different regions of Ukraine with the aim of shortening the time frame for solving this problem.Agricultural and industrial integration is an innovative direction of development of agricultural and processing enterprises. It should cover not only large entities of economic activity, but also individual peasant farms, which will allow more effective use of natural and human potential, common infrastructure, new technologies, will contribute to the improvement of the investment climate in the agricultural sector.
