Досліджено історичні передумови формування багатофункціональних торгово- розважальних комплексів (ТРК) із врахуванням вимог пожежної безпеки. Розглянуто еволюцію торгових просторів від традиційних ринків і пасажів до сучасних багатофункціональних комплексів, що об’єднують торговельні, розважальні, офісні та громадські зони. Особлива увага приділена аналізу пожежної безпеки в архітектурному плануванні таких об'єктів, включаючи історичний розвиток нормативних вимог та вплив значних пожежних інцидентів на їх вдосконалення. Визначено ключові чинники, які вплинули на формування сучасних стандартів безпеки в ТРК. The historical prerequisites for the formation of multifunctional shopping and entertainment complexes, taking into account fire safety requirements, are studied. The evolution of retail spaces from traditional markets and arcades to modern multi-functional complexes combining shopping, entertainment, office and public areas is considered. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of fire safety in the architectural planning of such facilities, including the historical development of regulatory requirements and the influence of significant fire incidents on their improvement. The key factors that influenced the formation of modern safety standards in shopping and entertainment complexes are identified. Multifunctional shopping and entertainment complexes have become important elements of modern urban infrastructure, combining shopping, entertainment, office, public and recreational areas. Their development is due to economic, social and technological factors, as well as changes in the structure of consumer demand. At the same time, as the functionality of the entertainment complex increases, the level of risks also increases, in particular with regard to ensuring fire safety. The history of fire safety in entertainment complexes shows that its development has always occurred after large-scale tragedies. The introduction of the latest technologies, stricter building codes and control over their observance are the main factors that contribute to reducing the risk of fire in modern shopping and entertainment complexes. In modern conditions, it is very important to analyze world experience and adapt it to national conditions to ensure effective protection of the population. Modern trends in ensuring fire safety in entertainment complexes are aimed at a comprehensive approach, which includes the introduction of the latest technologies, improving the regulatory framework, improving the skills of personnel and informing the public. This allows minimizing risks and ensuring a comfortable and safe stay of visitors in shopping and entertainment complexes.

У статті підсумовується досвід дослідження архітектурних особливостей дерев’яних відпочинкових об’єктів Карпатського рекреаційного регіону. Формулюються локальні та загальні тенденції розвитку відпочинкової архітектури. Визначено негативні та позитивні аспекти розвитку рекреаційної галузі в межах регіону українських Карпат. Сформульовано конкретні особливості архітектурних вирішень відпочинкових об’єктів. При дослідженні ґенези архітектурно-планувальних вирішень колиби виявлено, що цей тип історичної будівлі, який був поширений у регіоні, трансформувався в заклад громадського харчування. На прикладі конкретних зразків показано розвиток та ускладнення функціонально планувальних й об’ємних вирішень сучасних колиб. Проведено порівняльну оцінку змін та розвитку сучасної рекреаційної архітектури з дерева в Карпатах. Вона здійснена на основі, уже сформованої в науковій літературі, періодизації розвитку Карпатського регіону. Охарактеризовано особливості рекреаційної дерев’яної архітектури кожного з історичних етапів, включно із сучасним періодом. The article summarizes the experience of researching the architectural features of wooden recreation facilities in the Carpathian recreation region. Local and general trends in the development of recreational architecture are formulated. The negative and positive aspects of the development of the recreational industry within the Ukrainian Carpathian region are identified. The specific features of the architectural solutions of recreational facilities are formulated. When researching the genesis of architectural and planning decisions, it was discovered that this type of historical building, which was widespread in the region, was transformed into a public catering establishment. The development and complications of functional planning and volume solutions of modern cradles are shown on the example of specific samples. A comparative assessment of the changes and development of modern recreational architecture made of wood in the Carpathians was carried out. It was carried out on the basis of the periodization of the development of the Carpathian region already formed in the scientific literature. Features of recreational wooden architecture of each of the historical stages, including the modern period, are characterized.
