Сталий розвиток міжнародної логістики в умовах глобалізації: економічні аспекти Холденко, Володимир Іванович; Гринів, Любов Володимирівна; Бурачек, Ігор Володимирович Логістика відіграє ключову роль в економічному зростанні, але може погіршувати екологічну ситуацію, що з часом негативно впливає на економічні та соціальні показники. Метою статті було оцінити вплив логістичних показників (інфраструктура, міжнародні відправлення, своєчасність доставки) на цілі сталого розвитку 8, 9 та 12. За допомогою кореляційного, регресійного й аналітичного методів встановлено: інфраструктура значно впливає на ціль 8 (економічний розвиток), інфраструктура та своєчасність доставки – на ціль 9 (інновації та промисловість), але інфраструктура має обернений вплив на ціль 12 (стале споживання), вказуючи на екологічні ризики. Висновок: потрібна збалансована логістична стратегія, що враховує економічні, екологічні та соціальні аспекти. Подальші дослідження мають охопити інші цілі сталого розвитку. Logistics plays a leading role in economic growth, but its development may be accompanied by aggravation of environmental problems. Obtaining rapid economic beneͬts can lead to signiͬcant deterioration of the environment, which in the long term will worsen economic and social indicators. This makes it relevant to study the economic aspects of logistics in an inextricable link with the goals of sustainable development, which will allow for balancing the eficiency of logistics and the need to ensure sustainability and security. The work aimed to assess the impact of logistics indicators that assess infrastructure, international shipments and delivery timeliness on the economic aspects of sustainable development. The work used correlation, regression and analytical methods. The work analyzed the impact of the Logistics Performance Index sub-indices (infrastructure, international shipments and delivery timeliness) on the eighth, ninth and twelfth goals of sustainable development, which directly characterize the economic aspects of sustainability. Goal 8 was found to be directly and significantly affected by the level of infrastructure development. Goal 9 is significantly and positively affected by infrastructure development and on-time delivery. Goal 12 is strongly but inversely affected by infrastructure development. Thus, infrastructure development significantly and positively affects economic growth, employment, industrial development and innovation but may exacerbate environmental problems, as indicated by the inverse relationship between sustainable consumption and production. The results should encourage governments and companies to develop a logistics strategy that considers the maximization of economic benefits and their balancing with environmental and social goals. Further research should expand the results of this work by considering other sustainable development goals and assessing the impact of logistics indicators on social and environmental aspects. Agile-методології у менеджменті проектів: виклики впровадження та шляхи їх подолання Лаба, Оксана Василівна; Гринів, Любов Володимирівна; Артюшок, Вікторія Станіславівна В сучасних умовах швидких трансформацій економіки та високої невизначеності, необхідність застосування гнучких методів управління проєктами стає все більш очевидною. Agile-методології завдяки своїй адаптивності та здатності швидко реагувати на зміни виступають важливим інструментом для забезпечення ефективності у сфері проєктного менеджменту. Метою статті є аналіз сучасного стану застосування Agile-методологій у проєктному менеджменті, виявлення ключових викликів і перешкод, що виникають під час їх впровадження, а також розробка рекомендацій для підвищення ефективності управління проєктами на основі гнучких підходів. У статті використано методи теоретичного аналізу, порівняння та систематизації даних наукових досліджень, що стосуються Agile-методологій. Досліджено практичні кейси впровадження гнучких методів у проєктний менеджмент, проаналізовано проблеми, які виникають у процесі адаптації Agile-підходів до різних організаційних середовищ. Застосовано методи прогнозування для визначення можливих шляхів подолання виявлених викликів і розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо інтеграції Agile у традиційні підходи до управління проєктами. Результати дослідження свідчать, що Agile-методології дозволяють підвищити продуктивність команд, поліпшити якість кінцевих результатів і скоротити час на виконання проєктів. Водночас ідентифіковано низку викликів, зокрема необхідність у зміні корпоративної культури, навчанні співробітників новим підходам, а також труднощі інтеграції Agile із традиційними моделями управління. Однією з ключових проблем є ефективне забезпечення зворотного зв’язку між учасниками проєкту й адаптація до швидко змінюваних умов. У висновках наголошено, що для успішного впровадження Agile-методологій у проєктний менеджмент необхідно забезпечити готовність організації до змін, оптимізувати комунікацію між учасниками команд, розробити гнучкі механізми адаптації до зовнішніх викликів і надати належну підтримку з боку керівництва. In today’s environment of rapid changes and high uncertainty, the need to use flexible project management methods is becoming increasingly evident. Due to their adaptability and ability to quickly respond to changes, Agile methodologies are an essential tool for ensuring efficiency in project management. The article aims to analyse the current state of the application of Agile methodologies in project management, identify key challenges and barriers that arise during their implementation, and develop recommendations for improving project management efficiency based on flexible approaches. The article uses methods of theoretical analysis, comparison, and systematization of scientific research data related to Agile methodologies. Practical cases of implementing flexible methods in project management were studied, and problems arising in adapting Agile approaches to various organisational environments were analysed. Forecasting methods were applied to determine possible ways to overcome identified challenges, and practical recommendations were developed for integrating Agile into traditional approaches to project management. The study results show that Agile methodologies increase team productivity, improve the quality of final results, and reduce project implementation time. At the same time, several challenges have been identified, including the need to change the corporate culture and train employees in new approaches and the difficulty of integrating Agile with traditional management models. One of the critical challenges is effective feedback between project participants and adaptation to rapidly changing conditions. The conclusions emphasize that for the successful implementation of Agile methodologies in project management, it is necessary to ensure the organisation's readiness for changes, optimise communication between team members, develop flexible mechanisms for adapting to external challenges, and provide adequate support from management. Сучасні тенденції у менеджменті: перехід до гібридної робочої моделі та дистанційного управління Лизак, Михайло Петрович; Материнська, Ольга Андріївна; Гринів, Любов Володимирівна Стаття присвячена дослідженню дистанційного управління та організації гібридної робочої моделі. Досліджено переваги та недоліки дистанційного управління, проте в умовах розвитку комп'ютерних технологій набуває все більшої актуальності віддалена робота. Дано визначення сутності понять «дистанційне управління» та «гібридна модель роботи». Розглянуто типи гібридних робочих моделей: Remote-First, Офісно-часова робота, Ofice-First. Практичний досвід використання цієї моделі в Quora та Dropbox показали позитивні результати. Досліджено переваги та недоліки гібридної робочої моделі, визначено відмінність між роботою вдома та змішаною моделлю роботи. Виділено складові гібридної моделі роботи: варіанти віддаленої роботи; доступ до офісу або робочого місця; гнучкі графіки; технології та інфраструктуру; інструменти для спілкування та спільної роботи; політика та рекомендації. Розглянуто найкращі практики розробки ефективної гібридної моделі робочого місця. Виокремлено компоненти такої роботи: комунікація, співпраця, культура, зв'язок. In the context of today's changing labor landscape, the importance of remote work has increased signi cantly, which has sparked conversations between various businesses and their staff. This meth- odology provides an in-depth look at the multifaceted nature of remote work, examining its bene ts, potential challenges, and solutions. The advantages and disadvantages of remote control have been studied, however, in the conditions of the development of computer technologies, it is gaining more and more relevance. The essence of understanding "remote control" and "hybrid work model" is de ned. Notably, when used wisely, remote work offers signi cant bene ts such as nancial savings, increased flexibility, increased efficiency and innovation combined with improved work-life balance. The telecom- muting paradigm is not without its challenges, including potential productivity declines, communication difficulties, data integrity concerns, the destruction of organizational morale, and barriers to newcomer assimilation. To meet these challenges, a range of interventions and technological tools are proposed, including de nitive guidelines, capacity building, periodic evaluations and professional development pathways. A hybrid work model that combines the bene ts of remote work with episodic office tasks is advertised as the optimal way to advance. Within this framework, the office turns into a center of collective cooperation and meetings, rather than a permanent professional residence. Emphasis is placed on the potential bene ts of creating an aesthetically pleasing office environment and reallocat- ing funds previously used to maintain it as a magnet for attracting and retaining talent. Types of hybrid working models are considered. Practical experience using this model at Quora and Dropbox showed positive results.
