Актуальність дослідження зумовлена необхідністю оптимізації управлінських підходів для розширення частки відновлюваної енергетики, підвищення інвестиційної привабливості галузі та забезпечення її стабільного розвитку в умовах енергетичної трансформації. Метою статті є розробка інноваційних управлінських стратегій для розвитку зеленої енергетики, спрямованих на підвищення ефективності використання відновлюваних джерел енергії, мінімізацію екологічних ризиків і забезпечення енергетичної незалежності. Методи. Для досягнення мети використано метод структурно-функціонального аналізу для оцінки ролі управлінських стратегій, метод порівняльного аналізу для визначення сучасних тенденцій та підходів до розвитку зеленої енергетики, а також метод проблемно-цільового аналізу для ідентифікації ключових бар’єрів і розробки рекомендацій щодо їх подолання. Результати. Виявлено, що основними проблемами є регуляторна нестабільність, високі інвестиційні витрати, технічні енергії з відновлювальних джерел (ВДЕ) у традиційні енергосистеми та недостатній рівень суспільної підтримки. Доведено, що запровадження стабільних аукціонних механізмів, гнучкої тарифної політики, механізмів державно-приватного партнерства, а також розвиток ринку зелених облігацій сприяють залученню інвестицій і розширенню частки відновлюваної енергетики. Результати дослідження дозволяють сформувати ефективні управлінські стратегії, орієнтовані на зниження фінансових ризиків, розвиток технологій накопичення енергії, інтеграцію розумних мереж і автоматизованих систем управління. Висновки. Встановлено, що ефективність впровадження відновлюваних джерел енергії залежить від комплексного поєднання регуляторних, фінансових і технологічних механізмів. Перспективи подальших досліджень охоплюють оцінку ефективності новітніх фінансових інструментів, розробку моделей оптимізації управління енергетичними ресурсами та аналіз інтеграції цифрових технологій у системи управління ВДЕ. Innovative management strategies for developing green energy in the context of sustainable growth are investigated. The study's relevance is due to the need to optimize management approaches to expand the share of renewable energy, increase the investment attractiveness of the industry, and ensure its stable development in the context of energy transformation. The purpose of the article is to develop innovative management strategies for the development of green energy aimed at increasing the efficiency of using renewable energy sources, minimizing environmental risks, and ensuring energy independence. Methods. To achieve the goal, the method of structural and functional analysis was used to assess the role of management strategies, the method of comparative analysis to determine modern trends and approaches to the development of green energy, as well as the method of problem-target analysis to identify key barriers and develop recommendations for overcoming them. Results. It was found that the main problems are regulatory instability, high investment costs, technical difficulties in integrating energy from renewable sources (RES) into traditional energy systems, and insufficient level of public support. It is proven that the introduction of stable auction mechanisms, flexible tariff policy, public-private partnership mechanisms, and the development of the green bond market contribute to attracting investment and expanding the share of renewable energy. The study's results allow for the formation of effective management strategies focused on reducing financial risks, developing energy storage technologies, and integrating smart grids and automated management systems. Conclusions. It was established that the effectiveness of the implementation of renewable energy sources depends on a comprehensive combination of regulatory, financial, and technological mechanisms. Prospects for further research include assessing the effectiveness of the latest financial instruments, developing models for optimizing energy resource management, and analyzing the integration of digital technologies into RES management systems. Розглянуто важливість дослідження економічних аспектів в процесі встановлення тарифів з урахуванням соціальної відповідальності. Висвітлено значення забезпечення стабільності ринку, підвищення прозорості та довіри громадськості до тарифоутворення, а також адаптацію тарифів до зростаючих соціальних вимог і очікувань громадськості. Результати аналізу стануть основою для розробки стратегій, спрямованих на забезпечення ефективного та соціально-відповідального тарифоутворення в енергетичній галузі. Для визначення тенденційних змін ефективності соціально-відповідального тарифотворення на зелену енергетику запропоновано використовувати сучасні методи прогнозування, такі як нейромережеве моделювання. Вони дозволяють аналізувати складні взаємозв'язки між різними факторами, що впливають на ефективність тарифотворення, та можуть сприяти покращенню точності прогнозів через автоматичне виявлення важливих факторів та їх взаємодії. The article aims to explore the essence of socially responsible tariff setting in green energy and its relevance in the context of modern economic trends. It seeks to analyze the economic aspects of tariff formation, emphasizing the importance of forecasting in ensuring social responsibility within the tariff-setting process. The study evaluates tariff formation processes in the energy sector with the goal of enhancing transparency and public trust, thereby facilitating the establishment of transparent decisions. This approach is expected to foster consumer trust and confidence among other stakeholders in the tariff-setting process, ultimately leading to rational resource utilization and effective financial management. The methodology employed in this study involves the analysis and evaluation of tariff formation processes, with a focus on identifying trends and predicting social demands and expectations. The principles of sustainable development and social responsibility are considered integral to this approach, aiming for a balanced consideration of economic efficiency and social justice in tariff formation. The study discusses general principles and stages of socially responsible tariff formation, including the differentiation of tariffs and the implementation of support measures for vulnerable social groups. The analysis of socially responsible tariff formation for green energy is crucial, particularly considering the gradual transition from fossil fuels to renewable energy sources and the evolving landscape of economic development and resource utilization. To determine the effectiveness of socially responsible tariff formation, modern forecasting methods such as neural network modeling are utilized. These methods enable the analysis of complex relationships among various factors influencing tariff formation efficiency, thereby improving forecast accuracy and facilitating informed decision-making. Overall, this article provides valuable insights into the importance of socially responsible tariff setting in green energy, offering practical guidance for energy companies and policymakers to ensure fairness and sustainability in the energy sector.
