Короткий опис(реферат):
У першому розділі розкрито сутність і зміст поняття культури підприємництва, охарактеризовано її ключові складові елементи та проаналізовано роль державної політики у формуванні сприятливого підприємницького середовища. Другий розділ присвячено дослідженню впливу культури підприємництва на успішність стартапів, визначенню стартапів як сучасної форми підприємницької діяльності та аналізу
особливостей їх упровадження в Україні в умовах війни. У третьому розділі
розглянуто міжнародний досвід розвитку культури підприємництва, а також
обґрунтовано механізми підтримки та стимулювання підприємницької культури як чинника успіху стартапів.
The paper defines and systematizes the theoretical foundations of the study
of entrepreneurial culture as an important socio-economic phenomenon. The first
section reveals the essence and content of the concept of entrepreneurial culture,
characterizes its key components, and analyzes the role of state policy in forming a
favorable business environment. The second section is devoted to the study of the
influence of entrepreneurial culture on the success of startups, the definition of
startups as a modern form of entrepreneurial activity, and the analysis of the
features of their implementation in Ukraine in the context of military challenges.
The third section considers international experience in the development of
entrepreneurial culture, and also substantiates mechanisms for supporting and
stimulating entrepreneurial culture as a factor in the success of startups. The
proposed structure of the paper provides a comprehensive approach to the study
and creates a basis for the formation of practical recommendations for the
development of entrepreneurial culture in modern conditions.
