Сучасні підходи до організації будівництва в умовах цифровізації галузі та оновлення законодавства

Abstract

У статті досліджено сучасні підходи до організації будівельного виробництва в умовах цифровізації галузі та оновлення нормативно-правового регулювання. Розглянуто трансформацію організаційних і технологічних процесів на основі впровадження BIM-технологій, цифрових платформ управління та інтегрованих інформаційних моделей. Проаналізовано вплив змін у законодавстві на структуру та ефективність будівельних процесів. Обґрунтовано, що підвищення ефективності будівництва забезпечується за рахунок інтеграції цифрових інструментів, технологічних рішень і нормативних вимог у єдину систему управління. Виявлено основні проблеми практичної реалізації сучасних підходів, зокрема недостатню узгодженість між інформаційними моделями та виробничими процесами. This article examines modern approaches to the organisation of construction production in the context of the industry’s digitalisation and updates to regulatory and legal frameworks. It considers the transformation of organisational and technological processes based on the implementation of BIM technologies, digital management platforms and integrated information models. The impact of legislative changes on the structure and efficiency of construction processes is analysed. It is argued that increased construction efficiency is achieved through the integration of digital tools, technological solutions and regulatory requirements into a single management system. The main challenges in the practical implementation of modern approaches are identified, in particular the lack of alignment between information models and production processes
