Abstract:
У статті висвітлюються головні проблеми вітчизняного мистецтвознавства, започатковані ще від середньої освіти. Запропоновано можливі шляхи вирішення цих проблем. Зокрема, для успішнішої реалізації головних тенденцій мистецтвознавчого процесу в Україні необхідне створення єдиного всеукраїнського координаційного центру в системі Національної академії наук для визначення пріоритетних напрямів науки, створення нових програм наукових досліджень, їх видавничого завершення, а також для узгодження планування наукових тем і
дисертаційних робіт, уникнення їх дублювання тощо. З’ясовано, що, незважаючи на економічні труднощі та відсутність координації розвитку мистецтвознавчої науки, все ж українське мистецтвознавство має достатній науковий потенціал щоби висвітлювати не лише поточні процеси художнього життя, а й провадити глибокі дослідження. Про це свідчить чимало ґрунтовних наукових праць. The article deals with the main problems of the art history, which arose at the present stage of its development. We believe that they date back to secondary education, as there is still no subject of the history of art in schools. Compared to other blocks, the culture logical block of subjects in the school curriculum has the least hours. The low level of humanitarian training of pupils in general education schools, in its turn, affects the low professional ability of art students of higher educational institutions. Contemporary problems of the art history also include the non-compliance with the resolution that all DAK periodicals shall be publicly available on the website of the Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine, but in fact some of them are missing, and others are presented in one or two issues and are not updated in time. The situation is rather complicated due to the lack of information on the subject of scientific works in Ukraine, about holding foreign and sometimes domestic conferences. In this regard, it is advisable to create a unified information web page on the topic of planned PhD and doctor's theses, monographs, issues of lists of scientific papers, information on conferences, in-cluding foreign ones, etc. In our opinion, this would help to avoid duplication of thesis topics by institutions. To the socially conditioned problems of the art history is added the lack of theoretical
insights, which complicates practical researches. There is a lack of hypotheses, concepts and patterns of origin and features of the art development. It is necessary critic, which is now at the level of science of the XIX century. The unification of terms and concepts is especially important for the theoretical generalizations. It was found that, despite the economic difficulties and lack of coordination of the development of the art history, the Ukrainian art history has the sufficient scientific potential to cover not
only the current processes of artistic life, but also to conduct in-depth researches. In author’s opinion, the deepening of the art practice will be facilitated by a wide program of publishing bibliographic indexes, anthologies of domestic and world art critical and art historical thought, serial publication of Ukrainian art heritage, translated literature, a wide range of popular science textbooks and books, creation of modern digital media on their basis. This includes the problem of insufficient elaboration of the history of art of the twentieth century, in particular, the materials of the diaspora, where there was a large
number of domestic artists, among whom there are names of world importance. Thus, for the successful implementation of the main trends of the art process in Ukraine it is necessary to create a single all-Ukrainian coordination centre in the system of the National Academy of Science in order to identify priority areas of science, to create new scientific research programs, their publishing completion, as well as to coordinate planning of scientific topics and thesis papers, and to avoid their duplication.
