Abstract

Negative influence of the land reform is marked on the process of investments attraction in the recreation of the land resources. The article proves the necessity to intensify stale participation in the investing process of the agrarian sector. The author analyses investing sources and dynamics of capital investments. Attention is accented on the necessity of the new approaches usage to organization of agrarian sector investing. The most important ways of investing are revealed. The most important measures for unification of small land shares are suggested. There is a necessity of development of the governmental program of the agrarian sector investment providing. The author grounds the necessity to intensify the role of local self-governing bodies in the process of land resources reproduction. It is suggested to optimize the structure of the landed fund with the aim of increase of volumes of capital investments attraction in the lands of agrarian sector.
